Who We Are

A​Gina is a Licensed Professional Counselor working with adults, teens, and children, with a focus on trauma, emotional regulation, anxiety, life challenges, and a variety of individual needs. Her approach is somatic and trauma-informed, integrating DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, and creative approaches to help clients connect thoughts, emotions, body, and behavior.

As an ARCH Certified counselor, Gina incorporates narrative and experiential approaches through ground-based equine counseling, nature-based work, and art therapy. She believes counseling does not have to look the same for everyone and provides opportunities for clients to explore their strengths, build regulation skills, and create meaningful change in ways that fit who they are.

 She is also competent in American Sign Language and Deaf Culture from personal and professional knowledge.  She states, “In life, there are times when one is faced with issues and difficulties in which I can assist adults, adolescences and children in finding the balance they need.”
